Over time Alla Sirenko has worked as composer in residence for Lviv Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra, and has written a number of commissioned works for them.  She was commissioned to write for several International Festivals in England and in Ukraine; and for many individual musicians, orchestras, and film companies from Ukraine, Estonia, U.K., Australia, U.S.A., Germany, France, Italy and Denmark.  

She is currently Composer in Residence for The State Ukrainian Opera and Ballet Theatre of Lviv.
